Together in PA

If you remember, for almost a year, DCF kept our children seperated in different foster homes constantly threatening of adopting our son, saying ridiculous threats each time Beth would see the kids at the scheduled visit. But Praise God they were all eventually sent to live with Beth's parents together and now are in the care of their Momma once again. They are doing well, and Jackie is doing super since the surgery! http://www.gods4gifts.blogspot.com there you can see Jackie and all of her progress she has made. :) Thank you for praying and this is just one step toward being together again!

1st lie proven false.

We were in a car accident in January. Which totaled both vehicles involved. The doctor first asked us if we had been in any accidents. We told him of the one in January. They concluded the incident fracture to the pancreas may have come from this. After the doctor from CPT got involved his team found out that on the accident report, it only states I was in the accident. He put on his report we were trying to blame Jackie's pancreatitis on the accident. The doctors said it came from the accident, not us. He also stated in his report(the doctor) that no one was seen in the hospital as a result of the accident and that he saw pictures of the accident and that it was a very minor accident. My wife went to the hospital due to the accident and we have hospital records to show, they TOTALED BOTH VEHICLES! They later found out from the driver of the other vehicle that My wife, Myself, and our 4 children were in fact in the vehicle. DCF had even asked the 2 oldest girls if they were in the accident, they stated they were. DCF began to tell the girls we were lying to them and that they needed to stop lying. How do I know this?
Because at one of our scheduled visits Jocelyn told my wife what I just told you. Then went up to a lady who works for DCF and said to her, " you work for them, you are going to hell because lairs go to hell...liar." Which is one thing they have tried to use against us to say we are teaching our children beliefs from a cult. My Bible says, "all liars shall have their place in the Lake of fire". We teach our children the Bible. The detective promised Jocelyn if she said her daddy hit Jackie, Jackie would be better and could come home faster.
When someone tells a child something will happen. It has to happen, or you're teaching your children it's o.k. to lie.
We also told them of the dresser Jackie climb half way up and fell on her. No mention in any court or hospital records of the dresser.

2nd lie proven false they used to sway the judges decision that has been dropped off the petition.

You see, they continued to use bold face lies to sway the judge to make drastic decisions to bring it this far. Now, everything we have proven false, disappears off the petition to take our parental rights away. They now have more lies trying to sway the judges decisions. In the 2nd court room meeting, A lady from DCF stood up under oath and said, I was in prison for sexual abuse, cocaine charges, grand theft auto, and using a gun with intent to kill. Well, that is purgery. When our attorney asked if she can verify that under oath, she said, "it has been verified." We already did. But I challenge any of you reading this to look up my record. Joshua Luke Douglass(11-09-81). I have an arrest record like I said from when I was young and dumb. But never, ever, have I been to prison, and definitely not with any thing close to those charges.
No sexual abuse is on my record, nor cocaine charges, no grand theft auto charges, and no using a gun, any thing on my record. But that is how this whole case has gone. One lie after another to sway the judges decisions.

3rd lie proven false!

DCF supervisor told one of their case workers to change her report and say that she saw bruises on the child's upper abdomen. She said she will not lie on her report. She never has before and she won't start now. She has recently been moved to a different location in the north.
The doctor from CPT(child protection team) stated on his report that 3 other doctors concur that the incident came from a trauma blow such as a kick or punch. We have spoken with the doctors and they said they never concurred it was abuse, that they didn't call DCF because they never thought their could be abuse in this situation. When they heard of this, they were highly upset with the doctor from CPT for lying and their names have now been taken off the petition to take our parental rights.

Dr. Jackie knows what's wrong.

There are currently many cysts in other parts of Jaquelyn's Body. One which is called a choledocyl cyst in her bile duct believing to have been there present at birth. I have studied pancreatitis for the last 6 months and found that a choledocyl cysts in the bile duct or anything that causes blockage to the bile duct is a major cause in pancreatitis, Which makes it obstructive pancreatitis, Also to say(there are other defects in relation to her condition.) She has gall bladder stones and sludging which is the #1 cause in injured pancreas' at 85% . Another cyst or cysts they have found recently is in her liver. One more cause of pancreatitis. Not one of these other cysts or abnormalities has been mentioned in any court case, to any judge, or has put on any paperwork. The only thing the judge has ever heard is that Jaquelyn has an injured pancreas. Which the doctors have told us that with her choledocyl cyst blocking her bile duct, it causes the pancreas not to get it's normal flow of enzymes and nutrients and acids. Which can eventually cause the pancreas to divide and break in half. Also not mentioned at all in court or to any judge. The court room has been full of lies and deciet that has been used to sway the judges decisions drastically. There are many more minor lies, which I would say are major because it involves my children. But it would take me many weeks to tell you of all the lies in the court room from the Hillsborough county sheriffs office, HKI(Hillsborough Kids Incorporated) CPT(Child Protection team) and from DCF engeneral. There are some things that are taking place in our lives right now
I know they'll be o.k. even though I don't know how.
My Jackie's in the hospital, cancerous it could be.
At 2yrs old it doesn't seem fair, Lord why can't it be me.

I have 3 children, kidnapped by the government "legally".
DCF will not stop, from their lying endlessly.
I lay down at night and cry, Lord, what will this come to be.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen.

There is a government orginization that Satan chooses to use.
Destroying children and families, they steadfastly pursue.
Using lies and deceit in court, they know not to be true.
Abusing power the state gives, to break our hearts in two.

On one side I pray for Jackie, in great pain every day.
Then Jocelyn, Jasmine , and Joshua, I can only hope that there o.k.
I promised I'd always protect them, they Know how much I care.
But Lord you must protect them now, for I cannot be there.

If a picture just could show how this is destroying our family.
Then everyone who saw it would strongly stand with me.
The anger deep inside combined with hurt and devestation.
Would be a picture that's unmeasured, a total revelation.

I thought of other situations, that in someway could compare.
Or any other type of pain that's impossible to bare.
I couldn't think of anything that compares to our great loss.
But then I thought of Jesus, His pain from on the cross.

How could I be so selfish, thinking of only me.
When Jesus carried all my sorrows, that day at Calvary.
Lord, I cannot beat them, the end is bad from what I see.
But then I see through Jesus eyes, that gives us victory.

I've never asked any one to pray like this before. But losing all your children, so our DCF doctors and case workers can keep their jobs will humble someone beyond belief. I wish there were some way to reveal the pain and sleepless nights, the tears and heartbreak my wife and I have felt through this.
But worse than all what my little girls or my son has gone through because of this injustice.
My wife and I pray every night that no other Christian with a family, will ever, ever, ever, have to face something like this.

We have retained an excellent attorney!

Thanks to some wonderful friends, we did retain an excellent attorney to represent us in this case. We paid her $20,000 to represent us in this case, however, she withdrew from our case when she found that I was not going to pleas out to an offer, so we are currently looking for a new attorney to represent me in the criminal case. We have spoken to a few, but the finances will be hard to hire a new attorney that is worth it, Please continue to pray that we will defeat our enemies in God's time, so he can receive ALL the Glory!
